Our Order Policies

Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons we are unable to allow refunds on products or services.
We ship all items via USPS you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping
Turnaround Times:We ship ORDERS via USPS. Allow 1-3 business days for processing & 1-4 business days for delivery.

-Check orders At least 48 hours of delivery & report issues immediately
-Signature is required for All orders $250+

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service.

We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that show delivered on the tracking system nor will we issue refunds or replace products for that reason.
